Digital Advertising

Strategic, data-driven advertising built for small businesses.

Digital advertising done right is about spending smarter. We handle the strategy, creative, targeting, and optimization so the dollars you put into ads come back to you as customers.

What Digital Advertising Management Includes

Every engagement is fully customized to your business:

  • Strategy and goal setting. Awareness, website traffic, leads, sales, email signups. Different goals call for different campaigns. We build to the goal first.

  • Platform selection. Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and others. We advertise where your customers are.

  • Tailored ad creative. Copy and visuals built for the platform and the audience. The ad that works on Instagram is not the ad that works on Google.

  • Audience targeting. Custom audiences, lookalike audiences, retargeting, geographic targeting. Targeting is where most small business ads fall apart, and it is where we put the most care.

  • Ongoing optimization. We watch what is working, kill what isn't, and shift budget to the ads that earn it.

  • Reporting in plain English. Impressions, clicks, cost per click, conversion data. Explained so you understand what is working and why.

A Note on Ad Spend

Your ad budget is separate from our management fee. You set the spend with us based on your goals, and that money goes directly to the platforms (Google, Meta, etc.). Our job is to make every dollar of that budget work harder than it would on its own, resulting in significant return on ad spend (ROAS) for you, our client.

Most clients start somewhere between $500 and $1,000 a month in ad spend, and ramp up once we’ve identified strategies that work. Think of it like a faucet, just as you can increase or decrease the water pressure, you can also increase or decrease the amount of funding you put into your ads, depending on your goals, bandwidth, and other business priorities.

We are here to help you think through these decisions.

Who We Work With

Our digital advertising services are the right fit if you are:

  • A small business owner who has tried boosting posts or running ads on your own and didn't get the return you expected.

  • Ready to commit a real ad budget but want a professional managing it rather than guessing at it yourself.

  • Running a local service business where reaching the right people in the right ZIP codes matters more than casting a wide net.

  • An e-commerce business ready to scale beyond the customers who already know you.

  • It depends on what you are trying to accomplish and how much margin you have to work with.

For lead generation in most service businesses, a small amount each month is enough to start seeing real data. For ecommerce, it’s more.

We work with you to understand the ins and outs of your business before giving you a data-driven recommendation based on your numbers.

  • We measure by what matters for your business and its goals.

For some, that means brand awareness (reach and impressions). For others, it means leads generated, customers acquired, return on ad spend, or cost per acquisition.

Whatever your goals are, we pursue them and share metrics with you regularly.

  • Then we change them. The first 30 to 60 days of any campaign is about finding what resonates with  your audience.

Testing, adjusting, and iterating are all part of the process. The ad you run in month one is rarely the ad still running in month four.

  •  Both, plus other platforms when they fit. The right mix depends on your business.

Service businesses often do best on Google because that is where customers go when they are ready to buy. Lifestyle and retail businesses often do better on Meta because that is where discovery happens. Most clients run on both.
